Stage 1

After we have a good idea of what you'd like, our agents will start searching for listings that match your goals and send them your way.

Stage 4

Tour the Listings

Once a portfolio of listings is curated, you and the agent will tour the locations together. This is where you can give feedback on what specific elements you like about each home, and the agent will be able to help you narrow the search.

Stage 5

Submit an Offer

When you've decided on a property, it's time to submit an offer. Our agent will guide you through the process to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

Stage 6

The Inspection

Now that your offer has been accepted, an inspection will need to be scheduled to ensure that the home has been properly appraised and is ultimately move-in ready for you.

Closing

With all the previous stages completed, there are some documents that need to be filled out to finalize the purchase and be able to get the keys for your home.
